By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Products and prices
- We try to show every product, photo and price accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on screen.
- Prices are in Nepali Rupees and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- If an item is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm it with you.
- We may cancel orders for stock problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from My Orders.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return Policy.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by each brand. Warranty does not cover misuse, wrong installation, power fluctuation damage or physical damage.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe and for all activity on your account.
Limitation of liability
Battery Mandu is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of products bought from us, beyond the value of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
